Review of Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Antiperspirant Deodorant

Written by valmg on June 11, 2008 – 7:31 pm

I’m still hunting for the perfect deodorant. This is a review of Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Antiperspirant Deodorant.

The product comes in a 2.3 ounce hard plastic container. The packaging is the typical light purple that Lady Speed Stick products have. The sticker on the label dares users to wear black, promising the product stays on clear. Colgate Palmolive manufactures this product. the top left photo is of the product as it appears on the store shelf.

The product was at room temperature when I began the review. As soon as I opened the container I smelled apples. The white product felt smooth and a little cool when I put it on. When I first applied it it it went on white, but within seconds the white was no longer visible on my underarms. The picture on the right is of my arm, immediately after applying the deodorant to it. I tried the Orchard Blossom scent. The scent stayed with me for about two hours and then faded away. I would love to see the scent to last longer, and hope that is an improvement considered for the future. I felt fresh and protected after wearing it the entire work day.

Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Antiperspirant Deodorant sells in grocery stores, drug stores, and department . It is available in two sizes and a number of scents. The large 2.3 ounce size that I reviewed sells regularly for $7.00 and I got mine on sale for $3.99. If you can find this product on sale it’s a terrific value. The only thing I can think of that would improve is if the scent lasted longer.
