I am fortunate in that both of my children like fruit. They like other things that aren’t necessarily good for them as well, so we try to limit those foods and encourage eating things that are healthier and better for them. I like to find new healthy snacks from time to time, to keep the kids interested so when Fruit2Day asked me to review their product I gladly agreed.

Fruit2Day is a pureed fruit drink with fruit juice and bits of real fruit in it. The drinks come in small 6.5 ounce plastic bottles and each bottle contains 110-120 calories. One bottle contains two servings of fruit, which is half of the USDA recommended daily amount. Fruit2Day is available in four flavors - Strawberry Orange, Mango Peach, Pineapple Banana and Cherry Grape. All varieties are all natural and contain no added sugar or preservatives. Fruit2Day is also an excellent source of vitamin C - A natural antioxidant that may help support a healthy immune system and maintain healthy skin.

I received one of each of the four flavors to try. We passed one of the bottles around between six of us at my son’s birthday party. My family of four shared another bottle. The bottles are a great size for children at snack time, to pack in a lunchbox or to bring in the car when traveling. The flavors are very bold and tasty without being overpowering. Of the four flavors I liked the flavor of the Strawberry Orange the best. The texture is different. TJ said if you like pulpy orange juice you should like this texture. I like a little pulp in my orange juice but the texture of this isn’t like that. I found the feel drinking juice with bits a bit strange but my older son TJ loved it. CJ didn’t seem to mind the texture and kept telling us that it was yummy.
